30 days, no argument

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives. If it isn't what you hoped for, send it back for a full refund. The calendar has to come back unused and in its box.

If a piece is missing

We ship you the missing piece free. No photo evidence, no return required — just tell us the door number. A nativity with a missing shepherd is not a nativity, and we are not going to argue with you about it.

If it arrived damaged

Don't send it back. Tell us what happened and we replace the whole calendar at our cost.

Write to us on the Contact page with your order number. We answer within 24 hours and send you the return address.

EU customers keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in addition to the 30 days above.
